Triborough Bridge to Grand Central Parkway East to exit 8. Follow signs for Northern Blvd/25-A East. Stay on Northern for 1.4 miles, until you see Main Street on the right. Follow Main Street for .8 miles, and you'll see the botantanical garden on the right

Driving from Brooklyn / Staten Island
Take Van Wyck to Northern Blvd/25-A to Main Street. Or take 278 to the Grand Central Parkway and follow the directions for Upper Manhattan.
